Seed & Grow Leadership, formerly Lead Up Network
A global youth leadership organization, powered by volunteers and rooted in care for young people.
Our story
We began as Lead Up Network — a small group of volunteers who wanted to help young people build confidence and leadership skills. As our work grew, so did our sense of what it truly means to develop a leader: patient nurturing, the right environment, and time. That's why we became Seed & Grow Leadership.
Today, we deliver workshops, mentorship, and community projects through volunteers in many countries, and we also offer leadership training for the adults who support young people.

Online-first, global by design
Our headquarters is online. Volunteers from many countries plan and deliver sessions virtually, and support local, in-person activities where communities are ready to host them. This model keeps us flexible, inclusive across time zones, and close to the communities we serve.
